ABOUT THE ORPHEUS 51
The Orpheus 51 is our modern take on a typically traditional French Provincial style home.
When you walk into this home you are immediately impressed by the open void space that shows the true scale of this home. We have placed a generous sized guest bedroom at the front of the home with a walk in robe and ensuite perfect for visitors staying for long periods of time or to accommodate multi-generational living. From here you will find a separate media room that is tucked away from the main part of the house perfect for watching movies with minimal outside noise. We have made a great use of space by placing the downstairs powder room underneath the staircase and also by including a mudroom in the garage to place all your bags, coats and shoes. At the end of the hallway it opens up to a sprawling open plan living area with a full coffered ceiling and LED feature lighting over the whole space. Behind the stylish kitchen you will find an enviable butlers pantry and also a laundry just off to the side. This spacious living space has large windows looking out to the backyard and a sliding door that leads out to the ultimate entertainers alfresco.
At the top of the stairs, the first bedroom you will find is the master bedroom that features a coffered ceiling detail with LED strip lighting perfect for creating a soft mood. The master also includes a walk in robe behind the bed, a full ensuite with a bath and even a balcony that runs the full length of the room. The remaining three bedrooms are perfectly sized and run along the right hand side with a separate study nook also included. On the left hand side of the upper floor, there is a sitting room with its own balcony that is a perfect hangout for kids to enjoy and relax in their own space.
