ABOUT THE HARTFORD 38
This modern farmhouse inspired façade features a mix of materials of timber, steel and stone. The exposed beams, exposed chimney and traditional gabled roof enhances that country style that feel so warm and welcoming. The downstairs floor plan starts off with a guest bedroom complete with an ensuite for friends and family. The double garage is followed by a mudroom and connected laundry, perfect for wet jackets and shoes. We are then greeted by a theatre room and a stunning fixed windowed courtyard that lets light pour in throughout the whole house. The back of the house opens right up to an open plan living, kitchen and dining area. This space also features a walk in butlers pantry, a study nook and an attached alfresco.
As we make our way upstairs, you will find the master bedroom towards the front of the house with a generous sized dressing room that leads into the ensuite. At the front of the house there is also another smaller bedroom and bathroom with the other two remaining bedrooms placed at the back for the perfect separation and space. At the top of these stairs you will also find an activity room that could also double as a study, making it the perfect functional space that can adapt with your family.
