Warriewood 2021 – 1

This corner block features a custom home based off of our Avora design. Functionality was a key consideration in this design in order to get the most out of this smaller block. The design takes full advantage of its positioning on the street by including a fully fitted out alfresco and large upstairs balcony. Additional features such as outdoor shutters and frosted glass have also been included to ensure privacy to these open areas. With the use of a neutral colour scheme and the inclusion of a lift, this beautiful home can be enjoyed by everyone!
