ABOUT THE ILUKA 50
With the Iluka design being of our most popular homes to date, it is the perfect opportunity to see it be brought to life!
We have adapted the original floor plan to better suit this large sized block to create a spacious home that is 50 squares. This home has some showstopping features externally and internally throughout the whole house. When you first step up to the front door you are greeted by the unique curved brick wall and beautiful feature stonework that runs through the whole hallway and out into the kitchen and living space. Entertaining is a breeze with an oversized open plan living that is adjacent to the alfresco and pool area. By using a light colour palette and by extending the curved theme throughout this space on the island bench, internal walls and feature bulkheads, it creates a softer and homely feeling to such a large space. On the ground floor you will also find a full guest suite with ensuite (currently an office for display purposes) a separate powder room, a large laundry and a must for all growing families, a media room.
As you head upstairs, you are greeted by the perfect sized sitting room that acts as a barrier between the master and the other three bedrooms. The master bedroom has been placed at the front of the house with windows lining the whole south wall, perfect for letting in sunlight. The master also includes a generous behind bed walk in robe, ensuite with a double vanity and a gorgeous curved coffered ceiling architectural detail equipped with LED strip lights to create the perfect ambience. The remaining bedrooms are generously sized and all come with their own walk in robes for an added bit of luxury for the whole family.
